Rillettes are similar to pâté, but utilise slow-cooked and shredded meat rather than liver to create a flavoursome, rustic treat. Smear on crusty bread or your favourite cracker, and to really let the delicate flavours shine through and to aid spread-ability, remove from the fridge 20-30 minutes before serving.
