Dukkah (also spelled duqqa or dukka) is an Egyptian side dish consisting of a mixture of herbs, nuts, in this case, Kingaroy Peanuts, and spices. It is typically used as a dip with bread and oil and eaten as an hors d’œuvre. It is also great sprinkled on lamb or roasted vegetables. For a delicious Middle-eastern flavour, try it blended into hummus and served as a dip.
